Founded in 1925, Evolve Bank & Trust has grown from a community bank serving eastern Arkansas into a national financial institution offering personal banking, business banking, mortgage, SBA lending, trust and wealth management, and fintech services. Its combination of traditional banking relationships and technology-driven financial solutions has positioned Evolve at the intersection of established banking and modern financial innovation.
As Evolve approached its 100th anniversary, the company needed a digital experience that better reflected the sophistication of its services and the breadth of audiences it serves. SABCUBE was brought in to create a more modern, intuitive website that could strengthen trust, improve storytelling, and support continued growth across both traditional banking and emerging fintech markets.

OBJECTIVE
Evolve needed a website that could communicate trust, innovation, and personal relationships while making a complex portfolio of financial services easier to navigate. The existing experience lacked clear user pathways, engaging storytelling, and strategic calls to action, making it harder for visitors to quickly find the information most relevant to them.
The new website also needed to support Evolve's next phase of growth, particularly within fintech and open banking. The goal was to create a scalable, mobile-first platform that could accommodate distinct audiences across personal and business banking, mortgage, Physicians Capital, SBA lending, and open banking, while creating clearer pathways to conversion.
SCOPE OF WORK
APPROACH
SABCUBE began with stakeholder interviews, competitive research, and UX analysis to better understand Evolve's audiences, services, and long-term goals. The navigation and content architecture were reorganized to create more intuitive pathways for each of the bank's major customer groups. At the same time, strategic calls to action and SEO-focused page structures helped users move more efficiently from research to meaningful engagement.
The website was rebuilt on WordPress with an emphasis on speed, security, flexibility, and mobile performance. A modern visual system incorporating clean layouts, glassmorphism-inspired elements, and purposeful imagery helped humanize the brand while maintaining the credibility expected of a financial institution. The scalable framework was also designed to support future multimedia, interactive tools, and continued growth across Evolve's expanding service lines.
